Rotting body, constant growling, inability to communicate, hunger for human flesh… Do you recognize these characteristics?
As you’ve probably guessed, we’re talking about zombies, otherwise known as the living dead. Here’s a fun fact: the modern idea and concept of the living dead was created by movies! Director George Romero introduced and popularized the concept with his legendary film, Night of the Living Dead (1968), which happens to be the first zombie movie recommended on our list today.
Ever since they first appeared in movies, they’ve become a staple in film, even becoming a whole genre themselves. There are hundreds of zombie movies out there, but whether or not the film is good can be distinguished by how good the editing is.
Today, Maimovie AI has ranked the top 10 “zombie” movies with the most “brilliant editing.” Some of them are horrifying while others are rather funny—whichever suits your taste! They’re both enjoyable in their own ways.
The following list was based on Maimovie on March 11, 2022, under the “zombie” and “brilliant editing” Keytalks. Check out the Maimovie app or website to discover more movies and shows.
